In my years as a life coach and psych major, I have found most people just need.....a cuddle. Oftentimes, we hide our weaknesses for various reasons including business, relationships, fear of judgement, having no one to turn to, being an introvert, and many, many more. There is nothing wrong for needing someone to hold you after a tough day at work, after a break-up, when you do something that made you feel guilty, or, the most common reason; feeling alone, like no one understands you, like no one cares.
