I am a girl who simply likes relaxing and cuddling. I'm starting over in life and feel free and refreshed!! In my free time I like listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with my pup. I'm 5'8, so therefore I am TALL&FLUFFY. 😉 I love staying in a cool room around 65°F-69°F 🥶, fluffy blankets & pillows, and prefer a tank and shorts to cuddle in. 😊

My sessions are dedicated to helping others find serenity and tranquility in their lives while getting relief from their everyday stress. 🪷 I focus on assisting those who wish to disconnect from the world and reach a state of complete relaxation. 🫂

It seems that many people are currently managing anxiety or depression on some sort of level. 😔 Having struggled with these challenges throughout my life, I truly empathize with those experiencing similar difficulties. 🩷

Scientific research indicates that physical touch can boost oxytocin levels to reduce stress, increase serotonin and dopamine to improve mood, and assist in lowering heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol (the stress hormone.) It also helps the nervous system feel secure, which is beneficial for calming down when you are feeling overwhelmed. 😮‍💨
