i’ve been practicing yoga for 11 years, and for 5 of those i was a teacher. i’m no longer teaching classes, but i still keep my personal practice. what i truly miss is that delicate, attentive exchange with others — the kind of connection that feels intentional and caring.

I don't ever leave karma but Nico is a special person- smart, funny, and fun to be around. She has a comfort and an ease about her that is refershing. She can also be very tender and soft which I appreciated. I really enjoyed connecting with her.

Nico is amazing! Very kind easygoing person. Shes was easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable around her.
