I'm Nicole, a 40 year old certified Trauma Informed & Wellness Coach. My practice focuses on aligning your life with who you, resilience, and stress management. To my surprise, at workshops and events I developed a reputation as "the best cuddler", and someone recommended I consider doing it professionally.

What??? You can cuddle professionally? My mind was blown. I couldn't think of a better way to align my life with who I am while helping people manage stress and improve resilience during hard times.

I am trained in emotional co-regulation, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Here's what to expect in a cuddle session with me:

First I'll check in with you to find out how you're feeling and what you need that day. Then, we'll discuss desires and boundaries. The rest of the session stems from this.

A typical next step is attuning to each other with intentional breathing and hand holding. Then, I usually invite you into a cuddle position that meets your needs. Depending on your preferences we could cuddle silently or have a conversation.

Sometimes emotions arise and we co-regulate or do emotional release practices. Sometimes I'll see or feel something from you and, if you're open to it, I'll check in to understand it better. Sometimes this leads to insights that my clients have found helpful.

Nearing the end we'll slowly come out of cuddling, often returning to breathing and holding hands. Then, if you're open to it we'll share a quick integration and schedule your next session if you desire.

I book for 1 or more hours at a time. I host in a private community space in Tribeca. I ask for a non-refundable $50 deposit to book because I reserve the space for sessions and travel in from Rockaway. Your deposit can be transferred to another session if something comes up, subject to availability.
