About me

I’m the person my people come to when they need to vent. Strangers openly share personal stories with me. Animals and kids are attracted to me and I believe it’s my energy.
Touch is so important in my life in all of my relationships. From my child, family, friends, and strangers at times. I think touch is another form of communication.
The healing properties we receive from it are endless and I have a very cuddly house. My kid is a cuddler and all of the animals are too. I never let my son start his day off bad so if he’s having a hard time we reset by taking the time to recenter before starting the day and that always includes an embrace or just a few minutes of sitting together to share energy through touch.
I very much believe in reiki and am a level one. Touch with the right intention can help to heal the soul.
