Calming spirit with a healing revitalizing spirit! I understand the healing nature of touch to provide comfort healing clarity or just not to feel alone. Sometimes just the warmth of a body next to you helps with anxiety and insomnia. I’m a certified Massage therapist so I have a healing touch just by laying hands on someone I can help release tension and stress while providing comfort and security. I’ve also study reiki which helps to understand the power of energy sometimes with no physical touch involved
