Cuddling is definitely one of the things I miss the most as a single person. I really feel that hugs can be like physical medicine. They're so calming and grounding, for example if they're happening while snuggled up on the sofa for a movie or while binge-watching a TV series.

What a great way to relax and unwind. It's all about breathing in each other's energy and giving/receiving affection, human contact, in a purely platonic way.
