I love cuddling and think it's extremely important. So many of us (including me!) work from home, don't have anyone nearby, or simply enjoy being alone most of the time. Because of this, many of us are touch-starved without even knowing it.

Touch is an incredibly important sense - it makes things feel real and gives you a sense of connection, whether it's with one person or just the knowledge that you're human. Cuddling has also been shown to ease stress and tension, relieve pain, and can even help prevent colds.

I have experience as an esthetician and have seen firsthand what touch can do, even if it's only from the shoulders up. People would come in with their shoulders up to their ears and walk out with them noticeably less tense!

I'm very tactile with cuddling and most anything is okay with me. I've been told I'm very comfy to lay on and I do have a bit of extra squish! I also love playing with peoples' hair if that's something you'd enjoy.
