• Any boundary crossing will result in the session ending immediately with no refund

🌸 Location & Scheduling
• I am currently in San Jose — nearby locations are greatly appreciated
• I am not a host
• Please book at least 24 hours in advance so I can arrange my schedule
• I may reply slowly due to school, externship, and work — thank you for your understanding
• Sessions start and end on time (5-minute grace period only)

💖 Payment & Booking
• A 5% deposit is required to confirm a booking (to respect both our time)
• Remaining payment is due before the session begins (cash or transfer)
• For longer travel distances, kindly assist with at least one-way transportation cost

🧺 Comfort & Cleanliness
• Please arrive clean and fresh (no strong body odor, cigarette smell, or heavy smoke)
• Brushing teeth is appreciated
• The meeting space should be reasonably clean and comfortable
• Hotel bookings are welcome, but my name will not be used on the reservation
