Some people are wired to nurture. I'm one of them. It's not a service I learned to perform, it's how I move through the world. Friends have always fallen asleep on my shoulder. Strangers tell me their lives within minutes of sitting down. It's my nature, written into my chart, and one of my quietest superpowers.

You're competent. You're capable. You're carrying everything. And somewhere along the way your shoulders forgot how to drop, your jaw forgot how to soften, and your body started bracing against a day that never quite ends. You don't need another optimization. You need to be held.

What we do, together:
Every session is shaped around what your nervous system is actually asking for. We talk first. Maybe what you need is to be wrapped up and stay quiet for an hour, slow breath, slow heartbeat, weight, warmth, and finally permission to do nothing. Maybe you need to talk and be listened to while held. Maybe you need to be rocked. Maybe you need ritual, tea, low light, a soft blanket, the sense that you've stepped out of your week and into a different room entirely.
I draw on bodywork training and a lifetime of caregiving, but the heart of what I offer isn't technique. It's presence. Attuned, unhurried, deeply non-judgmental presence, the kind your system has probably been starving for without knowing it.

Oxytocin is the best medicine, and I will ensure it pours into you, platonically and professionally. Fully clothed, fully consensual, fully yours to shape. No agenda except your regulation. We are a touch-deprived culture, and the body knows the difference between being managed and being met. My only job is to meet you.

You'll leave softer. Looser. More inside your own skin. People often describe it as feeling like themselves again, the version of them that lives underneath all the doing.

There is a 1 hour minimum for booking a session.
Sessions are fully clothed, respectful, and platonic.
Limited availability each week to keep sessions intentional and unhurried.
I require a video call before creating a confirmed booking time for cuddling.
There is a 50% charge for canceling within 24 hours of session.
