What to Expect
With an attention to detail and a intuitive nature, I want to create a space where you feel completely seen and cared for. Once we settle into a session, I tend to be a quiet, calming presence. Whether you need someone to hold space while you process a tough week, or you just want to relax in comfortable silence, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I ask that you try to schedule as many days in advanced as possible in order to accommodate your desired appointment time.

Who I Am
If you asked my friends to describe me, they would say I am empathetic, open-minded, creative, and laid-back. I bring all of those qualities into my sessions to create a cozy, judgment-free zone where you can just breathe, be yourself and let someone take care of you for once. I'm a huge nerd I love things like technology and mythology. I'm obsessed with Japanese culture and would love to go there someday. I'm spiritual not religious and love deep conversations rather than small talk.
(I'm currently accepting new clients but prefer to keep my base small so spots are limited. This helps me focus on building a better experience for my clients giving me the chance to really know you.)
