I'm a pretty laid-back person, something I've learned to be over the course of my life. I enjoy working hard and being engaged, but I strive for calm and grounding. I stay active, and I’m doing my best to live well, eat healthy, and be happy.

I like golfing, playing guitar and I am a big fan of most major sports. I read a lot and I enjoy meaningful conversations. I have two great dogs and I like most animals. I enjoy working out but I haven't been in the gym much over the last 18 months, or so.

I’ve had some trauma in my life, and I'm thankful I've learned to appreciate and be thankful for my story, while trying to turn my experiences into personal and communal healing. I think most of us are a lot more resilient than sometimes we even realize.

I’m very chill, I'm respectful of boundaries, I’m polite and I’m a gentleman always.

I like to cuddle because I’m a lifelong bachelor, and although I've had many strong family-like friendships, right now, I don't have a lot of deep connections in my personal life. I enjoy cuddling because it provides connection my life is lacking right now, and because of the health benefits that come from touch.
