I retired from Boeing a few years ago. Thanks to listening to a good friends advice I took a Meyers/Briggs personality test about 11 years ago which pointed towards acting, so I started taking acting lessons. It’s erratic work but now I love my job. This leads me to spend quite a bit of time on my own which is ok at times. Although there wasn’t much closeness in my old job I guess I miss the routine. Divorced about ten years ago and was engaged about 4 years ago however I called that off as it became clear it was not a good fit. But I miss the closeness, comfort, and peace that close contact brings.

This is a new idea in relationships to me but I have never been one for tradition so I’m trying to embrace change. I try hard to listen and respond when I meet new people try to offer patience, kindness, and non-judgement. I’m not exactly sure how this works, or the etiquette of it and am fairly open to ideas on getting acquainted and see if we are a comfortable match. I believe touch is essential for most people for a healthy lifestyle and can’t say I understand why or how certain people blend better.
