I’m a grandpa with a degree in social work and a dad bod. I have a lot of life experience under my belt which I use alongside my ability to create open and spacious dialogue and to be heard, seen, and accepted.

I seek to have healthy boundaries in the physical touch space that are respected, honored, and solely for the purposes of comfort, safety, and presence.

I enjoy reading to people, watching movies and shows across the spectrum, sitting in nature, breath-work, yoga, laying in hammocks, sitting in silence, asking open ended questions that don’t need an answer, listening, and learning. I appreciate the application of gentle but strong pressure while holding someone or being held. I’m a seasoned traveler so know how to be a good guest with direct communication.

I like healthy snacks (pistachios and cherries are favs), sharing the joys and beauties of life, engaging in gratitude, and sharing stories.
