I believe that many of us have been conditioned by society to hold many unhealthy beliefs about touch, especially platonic touch and intimacy, & as a result many of us are needing the healing and connective experience that safe, intentional touch can provide.

I am devoted to unlearning these stories within myself, and in supporting others who desire to do the same.

We all deserve to feel that we belong. 🙏🏼

I have years of experience facilitating spaces for people that foster deep, authentic connection such as Women’s Circles, All Gender Community Circles, Song Circles, Movement, Meditation, Energy Work etc…

I am experienced in and enjoy attending cuddle parties and consent forward spaces, and bring this experience to my relationships and connections in both my personal and professional life.

I am located in Red Deer, Alberta and would love to chat and explore if a cuddle session with me is right for you. I am open to traveling outside of the city for an extra fee, and am open to host if you are willing to travel to me.
