If you can't make the booking, contact me 1 hour prior to the session (or 24 hours before for sessions booked further out).

If you're running late, communicate. I allow a 15-minute window after the scheduled booking time. Beyond that, your booking will be canceled.

Payments are due at the start of the session.

Deposits Required for out-of-state services. Half of the payment is required upfront.
