Hey hi heller. My nickname is Snow.. which is what I prefer to be called. I'm usually one of the first 3 people my friends and homies would call for advice or to cheer them up.. my sister labeled me a radiating ball of crack head energy.. Im a gemini, the twin sign, so its kind of a hit or miss on how I will react upon meeting. This is a warning. I am either really really shy.. or then there's those some days where I am a chatterbox cause either way the cookie crumbles... My anxiety kind of gets the best of me..

Cuddling helps me with a wide range of mental health issues that I suffer from. One being insomnia which is the biggest, I typically don't and can't sleep unless I am cuddling something whether it's an animal, a warm body, or a pillow that's the size of little ol me or unless I am in a room surrounded by people I trust. Cuddling also helps me when I am in a depressive state, when I have anxiety, or when my other mental illness act up.
That being said I find joy in helping others with similar mental health issues.. being able to make someone else smile especially when its not common for them, warms my heart. To know that I can relieve someone's troubles and can actually take the pain, sadness, irritability, and problems away even for a short while.. makes me feel not only better about my mental health.. but it also helps me push my movement of world peace.. trying to help them find peace within... One cuddle at a time.
