I am genuinely happy to be here, and I look forward to bringing comfort, light, and peace into your space, body, and mind.

I am Reiki 1 certified. I believe that touch therapy can be truly healing.

I am also a certified anxiety coach. My goal will always be to calm your mind and warm your soul, but if you have a chattering brain that day, I’ll help you quiet it down.

While I take this job very seriously, I am also a fun and lighthearted gal! If you want to go snuggle up in a scary movie or just giggle on the couch, I’m up for that too!

Communication is key to connection. For my peace of mind and safety, before we meet, I will ask for your full name, phone number, and photo. The safer we both feel, the easier it is for us to connect. :)

My time is very limited, but I do have wiggle room with some planning. Suggest a couple of times that work well with you and I'll try my best to accommodate.
