I understand you might be held up and lonely during these circumstances, me too. However, I believe caring energy is cultivated through touch. "Oxytocin" and "Dopamine" are two chemicals that are co-created when two or more individuals hold each other or hug one another.
What I offer is flow, movement, breathing and holding.
I am a sound healer and certified reiki practitioner. Within a session I can feel the movements of emotions throughout the body, interluding into a space of ASMR into the ears of the participant. Voice, tone, and volume are great tools for relaxation for the overall well-being of a sound mind.
We all need to be held, nestled and nurtured. My heart goes out to those lacking in the department of nurture. I am here for you on a deep level of cuddling, maybe I can bring a singing bowl or two.
I sincerely hope we can be there for one another.

What a sweet and nurturing man.... I was really overwhelmed with life and he was just the medicine I needed. As a mom and a constant giver, it was so nice to be cuddled and nurtured, to just relax and receive. He has great intuition about what would serve me. Then what an amazing treat to have the sound bowls played on me! Their vibrations went deep into my body and were a perfect complement to the gentle loving cuddles and conversation. While he played the bowls he also softly gave some sweet affirmations with his soothing voice. He's great with his hands also and gave me some grounding shoulder rubs. Highly recommended!
