A warm hug ,a soft ear to listen and maybe your favorite show in the background ~ remember what its like to be able to be vulnerable..be open and be held!

I provide a space for clients to come as they are and be themselves! You are more than deserving of a warm hug and to be seen as you are! Sessions focus on stress relief, breathe work and simply letting go and being in the present!
