While I was traveling abroad i participated in a lot of estatic dance parties and cuddle groups. They were always respectful and platonic. I found a great appreciation for these events, for me it was like therapy but more powerful, being vulnerable, talking and sharing while cuddling or being held was so healing and always left me feeling so warm, peaceful and at ease. Now I’m back in New York and craving that community and trying to find and build it here!
