I’m an ex-personal trainer and yoga teacher who no longer works in these fields due to chronic pain and burnout. I am now a Dj and dance facilitator with a special interest in somatics and the healing power of touch, connection, music and frequency, movement and dance.

I love to help others feel safe in their bodies through co-regulation, been seen, felt and heard. I’m particularly interested in being of service to chronic pain and trauma patients, I feel like my experience in my own journey gives me a unique insight and empathy for others.

My hugs are safe, nurturing and supportive. I also love to give head scratches, neck rubs and other sweet sensory experiences.

I’m reliable, grounded and very comfortable in expressing and maintaining boundaries.

I moved back to Melbourne last year after being away for many years. I’m relatively new to this site but already have regular clients with outstanding reviews.

Available weekdays in the arvo/evening. Happy to travel for a negotiated fee. Higher fee on weekends subject to availability, just ask :)
