I feel like I’ve been a cuddler my whole life!
I understand the importance of touch and it’s benefits. It produces oxytocin, reduces stress and anxiety and balances the nervous system. Adversely, I have also seen the effects of not having touch. As we climb out of this pandemic we’re seeing more and more people realizing that human contact is what is needed right now even in small doses. I provide platonic touch to all who need it, including cuddling, snuggling, light massage, hand holding, eye gazing and general love medicine. I study somatic breath and body work and aim to heal through touch and energy. I’m 5’9, thick, and mixed (black/white/native). I love coffee, reading and meditation. I’m here to provide healing through touch. I got you.
