As for me i'd say im kinda funny (sometimes) creative and try to be understanding. Unless you like to slow drive camp in the left lane in which case I despise the way you drive, stay on the street get off the freeways.

No seriously I yell and slam on my steering wheel more than I'd like to admit when im dealing with dimwits on the road.
