I am naturally a very caring and empathetic person.
One way I love to connect with random people, sharing an elevator or at a grocery checkout for example, is to crack a joke about myself or something random.
It’s an incredible feeling to hear them laugh and maybe see/feel their tension relax. One that I find similar to a kind touch.
I love to cuddle while watching movies, listening to music, reading, talking, and of course napping/sleeping.
I’m a bit old school on some things, like politics and religion. I would prefer not to get into and instead use the time with someone to relax and feel safe to do so.
The health benefits are immense, and as someone who is always looking to help others, this is something I would be grateful to share.
