My close friends would describe me as confident and outgoing. People that don’t know me or first meet me in a big group would probably think I am quiet and shy. Now that my children are in college, I don’t get much platonic touch in my life. It was only recently while attending a workshop at Esalen (holistic educational center in Big Sur) that I discovered how much I had been missing basic platonic touch.
