Well, not sure about "best" friend but most people who know me would say I'm the nice guy sort. The kind of bloke that would give up his coat if a female friend was feeling cold, walk ten miles out of my way to help a friend get home, and never one for making inappropriate remarks/gestures towards others. Dependable, honest, and apparently I give great advice? Hmmm.

I'm a big fan of cuddling and the effect it can have in reducing negative emotions and thoughts, as someone who suffers with depression/anxiety I've found it far more therapeutic than some clinical options in the past. Nothing better than cuddled up on a sofa, blanket over us and a movie/tv/music on while discussing issues in our lives and helping each other through it. I like that connection - it's the best feeling in the world, does wonders for mental well-being.

I also like to get to know people which is really strange as I'm a natural introvert and notoriously shy/socially awkward. However, I need to break down these barriers and expand my social circle.

I also enjoy walks, cycling. photography, DIY, digital art, gaming/rpg's, technology (yup - big ol Nerd).
