Hello there. 37 year old afro-american. I am a holistic health practitioner and massage therapist. I spend my time working as a full-time volunteer and advocate for Bay Area Press. I enjoy listening to all genres of music like reggae, conscious hip-hop, jazz, alternative, and self-help meditations with binary beats.

Currently I am transitioning from massage to more transformation energy work involving Nero-psychology, healing the inner child/ego, and structural integration. I have a passion for reading books related to the Body/Mind and psychosomatic's of environmental systemic oppression and self healing.

I am drawn to cuddling with hopes to further my own healing for comfort, expression, stillness, and nurturing my own inner child as growing up comfort in stillness or hugging was not an afforded luxury.

I have read many testimonials here and believe cuddle comfort to be a safe place to explore myself and allow another to help with sharing comfort and thus further my transition into a more aware energy/Reiki healer.

I enjoying giving my time and sharing in the joy of another. I hope to use cuddling to learn to be a better listener of myself and others.

Currently practicing Aroma soft touch energy, Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupressure, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Healing, and Structural Integration Sports Massage.
