I believe touch is a fundamental human need as well as, a bridge to emotional healing which often goes unmet in our fast-paced world. It’s also the most authentic way to say, "You aren't alone.".

My approach to touch therapy is rooted in the authentic belief that physical connection is a vital bridge to emotional healing. Having navigated my own journey through recent trauma, I can personally attest to the profound, restorative power of a safe, intentional cuddle.

Whether it’s a deep conversation, the simple comfort of a head scratch, or the quiet peace of a shared space, my goal is to make you feel connected and important. Let’s connect, share some space, some stories, and some much-needed snuggles.

Fun Fact: When I’m not out cuddling the world back to wellness, you can find me smashing golf balls at one of the California state parks, magnet fishing around the Delta, or taking my anxiety out on my house by cleaning :)
