My best friend would describe me as a natural anchor for emotional support and someone with a calming presence. They often tell me that I have a rare ability to hold space for people when they are overwhelmed, allowing them to vent or just sit in quiet comfort without feeling judged. They would also say I am highly intuitive and respectful of personal boundaries. I can easily sense when someone needs a reassuring presence and when they need space. I want to bring that same emotional safety and gentle comfort to clients.
