When cuddling we can do breathing exercises, light meditation, varying cuddle positions, play video games, watch funny reels/videos, dinner, or go window shopping if that's your thing too! and even talk therapy if you'd like! There's so many options!

'Why cuddling?'

Cuddling helps our body heal on a cellular level. Our bodies go through each day carrying stress, tension, or trauma which eventually leads to chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and so much more. Cuddling allows the body to naturally release oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine ensuring emotional + physical regulation, which helps us live longer!

Helping individuals with platonic companionship and cuddling is like saving the world one cuddle at a time!


*I'm open to travel to other states, please know a travel fee will be incurred. Frequent areas I host/visit for cuddles (If your area isn't listed, ask! Id be more than happy to make a trip! 😊) :
