Hello! I am a very bubbly, gentle, and warm person. I have been told that my smile and eyes are very warm and welcoming. I believe that human contact is necessary for a healthy life and has numerous benefits including pain reduction, helping with depression and anxiety, and can even improve sleep by calming your nervous system :) Cuddly releases oxytocin which allows our bodies to feel safe, calm, and connected.

I am very flexible when it comes to cuddling. I naturally give head scratches, play with hair, and other little intentional touches when I am around people. If you would like to be spooned, held, or anything else along those lines I am perfect for that.
