About me
How would my best friends describe me?
My best friends would describe me as a wounded but deeply compassionate person. They would say I'm not half as broken as I think I am (I don’t know if they are right or not). They would tell you that I'm creative, compassionate, and an excellent listener. They would tell you that I approach the world with the level of deep engagement that they don't usually see in their other friends. They would tell you that I am strong just for surviving. They would tell you that I'm fragile, that I get hurt easily, that you have to be careful with me, and that I may be from another planet, but that they are glad I am here, regardless.

Why / How do I like to cuddle?
“Like,” Isn't exactly the word that I would use. After being unable to participate in many other therapeutic modalities due to the intensity of my ADHD / C-PTSD / SA, I discovered cuddling and finally found a way through my own armor. I approach cuddling as a sacred space: absolute presence in the moment, clearest possible communication, egoless engagement, total focus on partnership, immediate respect for everyone's boundaries.
I am desperately trying to teach my body that, on very special occasions, it might actually be OK to relax.
