Before a first-time session:

I prefer to talk on the phone before our first session and not just text. This allows us to break the ice and be more comfortable prior to meeting. During our initial conversation, personal boundaries will be discussed, not only for you, but for me, as well. I do NOT allow clients to come to my home. For a first time session I request we meet in a public space. We can go to another location during the session but we will meet in a public space. I do NOT allow clients to come to my home. I’m more than willing to visit your home or other arrangements, as I feel are acceptable and respectful. I also have a “safety partner” who always knows where I’m going and with whom I’m meeting.
