I’m a trauma-informed somatic facilitator with a passion for helping people feel safe, seen, and embodied. I currently run group cuddle therapy workshops and am excited to offer one-on-one sessions to support deeper connection, emotional release, and healing in a safe, nurturing space. My goal is to create experiences that help clients reconnect with their body, emotions, and authentic self.
