I offer private sessions that combine breathwork, mindfulness, and consensual platonic touch.

Human beings relax through presence, breath, and contact. Many people move through life carrying tension in their bodies without realizing it. Stress, loneliness, and the pace of modern life can make it difficult to slow down or feel comfortable with closeness.

These sessions create a quiet space where you can breathe, relax, and experience calm human connection.

We usually begin with a short check-in and a gentle breathing practice to help the nervous system settle. As the breath slows, the body often begins to soften naturally. From there the session unfolds at an unhurried pace. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we sit quietly together. Sometimes we include consensual platonic touch such as sitting close, holding hands, or cuddling.

Breath and touch work together in this process. Breath helps the body regulate and relax, while touch, when welcomed, reinforces a sense of warmth, ease, and connection.

Music and sound may also be part of the experience. I was trained as a classical singer and sometimes incorporate gentle vocal toning or quiet singing to help the body settle even more deeply.

I have facilitated hundreds of sessions over the past six years focused on connection, nervous system regulation, and relational awareness.
