If a session is canceled greater than 24 hours before its start time, the deposit may be applied to a future session. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours from its start time, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required in order to book a new session. The remaining session balance is due prior to or at the start of our session.
