I won’t pretend to know the science behind cuddling, but I do know what it’s like to lack and crave physical connection. It can be very discouraging no matter what the reason is.

I have more experience as big spoon, back rubs and head strokes are my specialty, but I’m good with being the little spoon too. Everyone wants to be held from time to time, myself included. If full on cuddling isn’t your thing, even if only at first, then we can hold holds or just be in each other’s space. What we do in the session is up to you, as long as we both feel comfortable.

On that note, we can talk or not talk. I’m completely comfortable not to; I’ve never been one to talk just to fill the silence. Some people find it unnerving but I’m an introvert by nature so it is what it is. I’m also down to talk movies/tv, your most recent book (I love reading), or we can discuss why we are the way that we are.

If talking isn’t a priority we can watch a movie (sci-fi/dystopian are my fav), read a book (yes please!) or you can fall asleep (I don’t mind).

I will do my best to make sure you feel safe and I expect the same in return!

I’d prefer to talk or meet in person prior to the session to make sure we’re a good fit. I’d hate to schedule an appointment for one of us to be uncomfortable. It’s a waste of time and energy.
