Its my belief that platonic human touch is a birthright! Unfortunately we dont all have easy access to consistent and safe containers to get this basic human need met in our daily lives. Science has now shown the importance of physical touch. From nervous system regulation to sense of belonging to overall quality of life happiness. For these reasons and many more I am passionate about this work and deeply honor it as a healing service.

The first words most people close to me would use to describe me is sweet & snuggly. I’m a nurturer at heart and have a soothing energy that influences those around me to feel at ease. Being empathic, hyper-aware of others energies, emotions, and processing aides me in holding space for healing and providing comforting support when it’s needed.

I’m the type of cuddler that will find a way to burrow and wrap around into a full body snuggle. Bringing my skills of assisting preschoolers at naptime, I incorporate soothing gentle repetitive touch and catering to individuals touch preferences. I love to talk about modalities and practices in the healing and embodiment realms as well as the spiritual! I'm always curious to learn more about other people's ways of life, spiritual and religious practices. Having friends from many different backgrounds has brought so much joy to my life!

Oh and to share some about where I host!

My house is a communal home with other roommates who all support what I do and are respectful of space while I'm in session. My partner and roommates will make sure to stay in the upstairs to give us privacy.
We've got animals as well. For the pets; we have 1 dog upstairs and 2 cats that live in the downstairs area where the session will be held.
I've got a cozy livingroom down there with a big bed for snuggling. It's a very chill and cozy space that I have designed to host these sessions. I actually find it to be more comfortable than being in a bedroom with a door. The cuddle zone livingroom is separate from the main part of the house. We have 2 livingrooms one upstairs where the roommates will be utilizing and the one downstairs for cuddle sessions. Downstairs has a separate enterance as well so if you'd rather not interact with other people do not fret!

Also for the initial first sessions I always spend the first 10 or so minutes having a discussion around consent and going over any additional questions.
