I am well-educated professional with a nerdy disposition but with an athletic build. So you get the best of both worlds. I have generous, happy, positive and giving personality and love people of all shapes, colors and sizes. A good listener and good conservationist and I have some skills in massage.
Through physical contact, the brain releases oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin. When these are released we experience feelings of happiness, relaxation, improve mood, and lower levels of depression.
I also like to return the favor. I like to provide comfort during the times that you need or want it. A touch can have positive effects on people's psyche drive, and overall wellbeing. I also love learning about new people and listening to their life edventures, their struggles, and just silly daily stories, but sometimes we just need to lay down in silence together while you ponder over your own internal thoughts or express them verbally.
