Cuddling helps reduce various stress that we all face in today's fast-pace society. Cuddling brings hope and a better outlook in life when challenges are facing us and needing time to sort things out before making good choices. When you are facing negative and/or unexpected situations in life, cuddling says that others are concerned about you and that you are not alone. When you cuddle someone who is feeling sad/depressed/alone ... you give hope to someone when they thought that there is no hope. Cuddling when shared riding public transit can make your ride more enjoyable. Cuddling while in nature (such as at the beach watching crashing waves, on a park bench, or experiencing a sunset) brings a more meaningful experience to body and soul. Cuddling helps reduce blood pressure when you are facing challenging situations. Cuddling says that you are not alone and that others care about you (nothing wrong with cuddling your pet if you have one ... why not another human?). Cuddling can be a one-time or on-going experience with someone, but each time a connection is made, you feel calmer and relaxed. Cuddling in public (such as a "Starbucks/Coffee house sofa"), park bench, beach) builds up trust between one another and perhaps one day while watching a movie or TV indoors. Cuddling positions are endless ("side-by-side", "face-to-face", in front, from behind) ... how shall we cuddle each other??
