I work in workplace wellbeing, helping create respectful and psychologically safe environments. Outside of work, you'll find me strength training (BarreFit), exploring cafés, walking in parks, learning hip-hop, practicing yoga, and improving my French. I live in Atlantic Canada and visit Montreal occasionally.
