I’ve had a couple of people who don’t have photos on their profile not feel comfortable sending pictures of their face, but also not able to FaceTime. Am I over reacting or is that suspicious?
Video verify with them (video chat for a minute) or ask them to send a verification selfie (write down XYZ on a paper and hold it in your selfie) and a picture of their ID (keep the pic + name, they can scratch out everything else.)
There are some rare instances I don’t push the picture/video verify but in those cases I do additional identity verification + deposit.
Whether you're a pro, enthusiast or client, ALWAYS require a recent unobscured photo or video call They could be a scammer, previously banned member, or someone who has questionable intentions. No photo, no session has been my rule and has served me very well.
I wouldn't put too much weight on karma. There's a plethora of false positive karma floating around left out of fear of retaliation or by members who mutually use this site for non platonic extracurricular activities.
Rezz is right be prepared to get responses from people that act like you are wrong if you require a pic.
Would you continue with a cuddle without seeing who you’re cuddling?
Nope.😊
I feel no need to see a picture
I'm with you @JasonCuddles. I am an enthusiast and only cuddle other enthusiasts. I don't share face pics and don't require them. I usually like to meet the other cuddler in a public setting the first time we meet, so we can see how we click, or bail if there are any red flags. I have had some amazing cuddle sessions with those I have met on here.
I've cuddled about a dozen enthusiasts from this site. From what I recall, we always shared a face picture prior to meeting. It was never stated that it was required. It just seemed like a natural cordial practice. I personally would be wary of meeting someone for whom I had not exchanged a photo.
I always require a selfie. I live in Vegas and frequent very populated hotels. I would have no idea who to look for since I mostly meet in lobbies and it’s not abnormal for random tourists to approach me, and I would hate to go to the wrong hotel room with the wrong client. It also makes me feel safer knowing who I’m talking to. Video call would be fine too if there’s privacy concerns.
Same as @Rezz said.
No one owns a complete stranger off the internet their complete trust. We can have faith in others ....but not at the risk of our own safety 🤗🤗🤗
Same as @goodbyehug - being in Las Vegas as well we are often meeting tourists in hotels and need to know who we are meeting and who to look out for. Being in a casino or resort lobby means being approached by random people for a myriad of reasons, and knowing who we’re meeting up with is not only for comfort and safety but also accuracy.
I don’t cuddle to pay my bills, my safety and comfort is paramount. I like to know who I’m meeting with.
Pictures are a MUST. Good conversations and 'vibes' don't qualify someone as trustworthy. If someone won't trust me with a picture, why would I trust them with my body?
Also, people who are "paranoid" about their picture being spread around shouldn't be on this site in the first place. You quite literally meet strangers in person. They could take as many pictures as they wanted if they were that type of person. Not to mention the danger aspect. Pictures should be the least of anyone's worries.
@KuddlyKoala 💯 agree with the paranoid people comment. Personally, someone’s looks is important to me, they don’t have to be attractive at all. I just want to see their eyes. Sometimes - Just as men consider women’s appearance to be important - I feel the same about men, my prerogative as an Enthusiast.
@bribri0617 You're not overreacting.
As @jimmylee mentioned, I initially never thought of pictures as a requirement at all. They were something people would either have posted on their profile, or would send me, unprompted. Sometimes if I felt comfortable, I would send a face shot, other times they would ask, other times I would send one automatically if they sent me one. It just wasn't a big deal...it flowed naturally.
That really has remained the case, for nearly all of my cuddle friends. There was one I met up with, that, as I sat down in the coffee shop, I realized I had never seen before. Appearance clearly isn't a factor in meeting. 😄 I did realize then that it wasn't good from a safety perspective, however, and I have since made sure I have a picture of everyone, before we meet. But it happens organically, anyway...I've almost never had to ask for a picture from anyone.
🚩 I've only had trouble getting one guy's unobscured photo; shocker, he was also lying about his age, and continually tried to push me to come to his house when it had been made abundantly clear that I only do Public cuddles. One red flag is often accompanied by many more, folks.

I would not schedule if i did not see or did not trust what i see
No. If requested of a photo I may. So far those that have requested, which is about 5% have not wanted to book. Instead just wanted a photo. The other 95% did not request and we cuddled.
Cuddle comfort. Request what you must to acheive it. But comfort if everyone involved is the primary goal. Which means some bookings dont happen.
If a woman asks to see my picture that’s fine, but I require that she send me a picture of the last sandwich that she made
I would rather someone see exactly how I look before a session. And I want to see what they look like also. I don’t want them to be surprised when they see me in person and maybe be disappointed. If appearance is that important to men then let them see me. I don’t care. I have nothing to hide.
As an enthusiast I will reach out to people with out a pic. If they ever reply back, I would eventually want to see who I am meeting with. I don’t find myself in danger often being a big guy. So I probably take this safety for granted.
As for the women I connect with, I make sure they see my face and if need be a DL if necessary. I have split rooms at Cons in the past. I make sure the other person is comfortable. If I don’t want to share info, I don’t hire or share rooms. In regards to Pros or as I have mentioned Cons.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get enthusiasts (at least ones who don't subsequently get banned for some unknown reason) to respond back to me. A little premature for me to worry about whether they have pictures or not.
@Vocalist100 It takes godlike patience. As I'm sure you know, female enthusiasts often get buried under messages. Some, I am sure, give up trying to get through them all after a while.
@Vocalist100 Here is some direct advice. If you want to cuddle-Get your checkbook out. Otherwise you will more than likely be here in a 6-months to a year with the same issue - trying to figure out how to get enthusiasts to respond to you.
Personally, I cannot imagine cuddling with a woman whose face/body I've never been allowed to see beforehand. There is an intuitive nature about connecting even with a .jpg or not for me. Once we meet then all the other factors-- touch, humor, scent, a "fit" occur or in a rare case do not occur. However that first LOOK is very important to me.
It would be an interesting experiment to be blindfolded (easy there folks) and then enjoy a cuddle with a woman that I had not viewed any picture before and then have 3 women sitting across the room after the massage and see IF I could sense which of the three was my cuddle partner. The only caveat is that all three would have to be the same body type as my touch sensor would obviously be able to sense different body shapes
I can't be the only one who finds Irony in this thread?
There seems to be a common theme here on CC that {Looks don't matter on a platonic cuddling site] yet the overwhelming majority of people require a picture before they will cuddle. Very interesting indeed.
Many have said and will continue to say -Seeing a picture is for security. We all obviously agree people should take measures to insure their safety.
Certainly, we are all intelligent enough to know that any one of us can post any picture we want and that means nothing. A picture is by far and without question the EASIEST thing to post and alter and use to give the impression you want to give. How many scams have been perpetrated against people by posting false pictures. Surely everyone knows this. We have absolutely no way at all of knowing the picture is an accurate representation of the actual person.
Are we really serious with this explanation of seeing a picture insures your safety? I don't think so if we’re being honest. We can really have no clue if the picture is of the actual person or if it is an accurate and up to date representation of how they look now. We simply have to trust they are telling us the truth.
So [In my opinion] the picture is not for security-not really.
Maybe-just maybe-Those who champion "looks don't matter on a platonic cuddling site" are not as steadfast in that belief when put to the test.
@BrianOcean Thanks for putting into words what I was thinking. I truly see this as platonic cuddling. I don't need a picture because I cuddle with everyone: I like to think of cuddlers as family and there's nothing like a big bear hug with family. Even the black sheep of the family needs a hug!
@BrianOcean Yeah, I've been here almost 4 years now and it's still the same. @WriterGF Being Buddhist helps with the patience. What doesn't help is that (surprisingly) a city like Chicago has few new enthusiasts from month to month (typically 2 - 3 new ones).
NO FACE PHOTO = NO MEETING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you seriously expect somebody to meet you and do something as intimate and dangerous as a cuddle without seeing your face, either you have a seriously good reason (genuinely famous or witness protection at a minimum) or there is something wrong with you. Or you're up to no good, obviously.
@bribri0617 to answer the question, it is extremely suspicious. My recommendation is Block and Report. (The Mods are always very clear: if in doubt, Report.) The correlation between men who won't provide photos and subsequently get banned is high.

Pictures are necessary just as a safety check, if the person doesn’t want share a photo or do a video chat, don’t see them. Your safety is most important.
I communicate a lot before meeting and always require a picture for safety reasons or I refuse to book!
Then for those that state that looks do not matter on a platonic cuddling site........why is there a total lack of MEN cuddling with MEN?
I do want to see a picture of someone before I cuddle them.
As others have said, sure, this is easy to fake but if I show up and the person is someone else then I'm assuming some kind of nefarious intent and turning around and leaving or not allowing them into my space.
Gotta say, hasn't happened yet though. 🙂
