  • Why are some CONSTANTLY Seeking to flag and ban?

    Weigh in on the topic or start another.

    It's really old at this point and most people are done with it.

  • I'm just happy to be single right about now

    πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    @Janelle19 Me too! πŸ˜„

    Lots of people consider being single as "bad". 😏

    Nah, it all depends on your point of view of SINGLE, and after reading through this commentary...And going back through ancient memories of past relationships (that I previously was involved in) with men...I'm good with being single too! 😊

    Well, unless a werewolf actually appears to mate with Me of course. Lol πŸ˜„πŸΊβ€οΈ

    Until then, single it is!πŸ˜πŸ‘

  • And just because someone says their wife knows, or any other excuse - doesn’t mean it’s true.

  • For me and my romantic partners, no, because of special things called honesty, disclosure, consent, and communication.

    If you have to lie directly or lie by omission about being physically intimate with someone who isn't your partner, then YES, you are cheating.

    @KuddlyKoala I agree. 😁

  • A lot of people like to use the excuse of their needs not being met by their partners and that it's due to that that they are doing it. Which is same excuse people give for going outside their partner for sex and other needs. So yes, it is essentially one in the same. Can't keep blaming others for the decisions that you make and for your dishonesty and lack of loyalty . This goes for all genders. Can't just excuse it away because of the non sexual aspect of it. If it would hurt them and hurt your relationship, then it's a form a cheating.

    @pmvines πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

  • just ask any handful of women on here how often it happens if you don't want to take my word for it.

    😁

    @pmvines WHAT?! Ask deh wimminz? 😲

    You know we wimminz can't be trusted and we suffer from "femaylzzz hizzyteria" stuff too! πŸ˜„

    Are you sure asking one is wise, friend?😜😏

    The act of cuddling isn’t cheating but the act of being dishonest is.

  • If you want to be practical about it: cheating is what your partner considers cheating.

  • Cheating, like beauty is in the β€œeye of the beholder”.

    When I was married, had i gone behind my wife's back to do this, she would a) never have believed it was platonic and b) probably named the cuddle partner in the divorce.

    It is cheating if you don’t have green light from your significant other. In my personal experience as a pro, I am the most discreet when it comes to those subjects, I don’t ask questions because that is none of my business. Majority of my clients though are in committed relationships and are just β€œtrying it out” as they say.

  • Great question.... I would think it depends on the reason behind the cuddle and the respect during the cuddle. My wife is sick and unable to give me the touch or the attention I need. I genuinely believe in marriage and it's not my wife's fault she had cancer, and she really can't control what the current meds are putting her mind through. So, there is a way of cuddling without cheating or mostly cuddling, so you do not cheat... I guess that's the best way to explain it.

  • @Katota I tried to keep the popcorn going in your absence

  • You know what a good question is? Are you a cheater? I would say i was a cheater. I do not believe myself to be a cheater. No. I am definitely not. I understand all the ramifications of that behavior. But being honest with myself i also can say there is not a circumstance that i can say right now i would not ever cheat again. (Keep in mind we are talking about cheating in all of its aspects and relationships in all of its aspects) if you look at it in a singular way i do not believe you can truly understand what you are saying nor do i believe you are being completely honest with yourself. In only that way of thinking can you really answer a question like this.

    I've cheated on tests, diets, relationships, exercises and bingo. I have never cheated in sports, games or pool. What life has taught me is i don't find full enjoyment and realized success when i do cheat.

    That's why when i answer this question is cuddling cheating i look at it in the manner in which i feel about cuddling and a relationship is be in. I'd not want my partner to cuddle or want to cuddle anyone else. But that assumes i fulfill all my partners needs. Then the question is if i cannot fulfill all my partners needs do i want to limit them in seeking what they need. And vice versa, if my partner cannot fulfill all of my needs in that way do i seek fulfillment elsewhere or do we find a way to navigate or deficiencies for each other. The same way a marathon runner who lives running with their partner but their partner can no longer run with them. Does the relationship end or do they find a way to get their fix and stay together.

    Wordy, i know.

  • Cheating consists of one of two things: 1) Doing something in secret because you know your partner won't like it; or 2) Doing something (secret or not) your partner has expressly stated thy do not want you to do. So if you smoke cigarettes in secret, hiding it from your partner because you know they won't like it, that's cheating (just not of the romantic kind). Or eating meat (in secret or not) because your partner wants you to be vegetarian is cheating (again, not romantic cheating).

    So to answer about cuddling, it really depends on if you are secretly doing it (and why), or if you are doing it and your partner doesn't like it.

    NOTE: Just because a partner doesn't like you doing something doesn't mean they're right. I'm not making any kind of value judgement about the validity of their "demand" (for lack of a better term)

    I will not cuddle with a woman who is in a relationship. I have no desire to bring drama into a cuddle session. And yes, I have experienced the drama when I cuddled with a married woman. Her husband called her up during the session and demanded that she come home. 🀨🫀

  • I'm uncomfortable if married/ in a relationship people aren't poly or open or otherwise discussed with their partners with boundaries, but I'm fine if they have and are good with it. Usually only hear from one side though. Platonic affection and connection are really important to me, so partners I have had needed to be okay with that.

  • When i was a pro i would set up a 3way call with the client and their spouse, and if the spouse did not consent i would charge double to compensate for added risk and emotional stress.

  • @Sooson Aww thanks, been out job hunting...And I think I found one again. πŸ˜πŸ‘

    Thank goodness too, I was "considering going Pro" for a minute. Lol 🀣😜

    Yeppers! 😜
    My going cuddle rate was gonna be a $1 million per cuddle. Lol🀣🀣🀣

    What?! My cuddles are worth a cool million!πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘

  • @Katota lol at a million I would flag you as SB

    But good luck with the job hunt and hopefully the change is for the better. Sorry to hear im sure it's stressful.

  • When i was a pro i would set up a 3way call with the client and their spouse, and if the spouse did not consent i would charge double to compensate for added risk and emotional stress.

    You missed out on a revenue stream. Instead of a conference call I used to drive out and have the spouse sign a consent form for a $200 travel fee.

  • Cheating-lite

  • @Dance_Culture I have friends who think I've lost mind and have moved me to the top of their prayer list since I began cuddling. Although it can be exploited, a haven for those who really just want to cop a feel, considered a foreplay session, a cover for the disingenuous, etc, there are also those who genuinely need and want to experience physical touch and human contact in a platonic way. I would imagine that if done per the rules of the site, and agreed upon by both parties, it would not be cheating but both parties would have to agree. If you are not telling your partner, then something is wrong.

  • If you have to ask, you know the answer to that already!!!

  • I have friends who think I've lost mind and have moved me to the top of their prayer list

    Too late for me. Satan is requesting references.

  • Is Cuddling Cheating?

    Without the consensual knowledge of a significant other, yes.
