Karma Points and Established Profiles

I wanted to share a perspective regarding Karma points on this platform.

I’ve had my profile here since 2021, and to be honest, I’ve only met with one cuddler during that time. That experience was very positive. My interest in this space comes from something deeper—I genuinely feel more grounded, recharged, and reconnected after safe, human closeness. I believe that may tie back to my past military experiences, where that kind of connection wasn’t always present. Because of that, I truly see the value in what this community offers.

Recently, I reached out to request a session and was told there was hesitation due to my lack of Karma points. I completely respect that providers have every right to choose who they feel comfortable working with—that’s important and should never be questioned.

That said, it does raise a bit of a catch-22. If someone is new (or simply hasn’t had many opportunities yet), and they’re declined based on low or no Karma, it makes it very difficult for them to ever build that trust or reputation in the first place.

Maybe there’s room for a little flexibility—whether that’s through communication, verification, or just giving someone a chance to earn that first bit of trust.

Just my thoughts. I respect everyone’s boundaries, but I also think there’s a balance to be found that supports both safety and fairness in the community.

Since you’re a long time member, I’m sure you understand that the very first thing on a woman’s mind - and for that matter most men - is “will I be safe?”
You’re already way ahead of many because you have a photo in your profile and your bio filled out. (You have a really nice smile and profile!).

Climbing into bed with an online stranger takes a lot of blind trust.
Karma helps but when you don’t have any you should find something else. Ask her, what will make her feel safe?
Possibly meet in person at a cafe first, offering to show her your ID is probably best and many women require this, they have a safety contact to share it with.
Think of your sister or mom doing this, what would you want them to do?
Adding this, do your own vetting and look for someone with some experience, who seems serious and real about cuddling. There are often clues as to who takes this seriously.

I was in the same boat. I set up this account years ago, but for various reasons I never set anything up. Then walked away from cuddling. But last year I came back to it, and I was hit with the same stuff @sharkravingmad is facing. Some people rejecting me because I had an old account but no karma.

There is no easy way around it, only through. @Carrie_Anne is right, the fact that you have photos and a filled out bio will help way more than you realize.

  • @sharkravinmad - genuine points . Maybe incorporate some of those thoughts in your profile so people can actually understand a bit more why there is No Karma.

and @Carrie_Anne is right about women's safety and also about your profile. You have photos and bio.

  • There are some of us pros who will book people with no Karma as long as everything else looks good.

I wish you the best of luck!

If you don't have a photo in your profile, it is good practice to attach one to your first or second message without being asked.

  • A seasoned professional should know how to screen clients independently and not rely on karma

  • Lack of Karma has never been a red flag to me. We all started out with none, it's just silly to hold it against someone. Some of the loveliest people I've cuddled with didn't have any Karma.

I get what you’re saying, and I truly respect your perspective. At the same time, for many of us, screening isn’t about karma, it’s about safety, intuition, and moving with care. While karma can help build trust over time, it’s not a replacement for proper screening. Every pro cuddler has her/his own way of creating a space that feels safe and aligned, and for me, that standard remains consistent regardless of profile history. 🤍
