Hey there! I’m into cuddling and human connection because I love the comfort of platonic touch and the bond that comes from meaningful conversation.

Touch is optional, but good vibes and positive energy are always encouraged. Whether it’s talking or just being fully present, it’s all about feeling calm, comfortable, and connected. Sometimes a little conversation or shared space is enough to melt away stress and leave you feeling cared for.

Quality time and physical affection are my love languages. Cuddling blends both and is nourishment for the soul. Human connection acts as a powerful reset for the stress response by lowering cortisol and boosting oxytocin.

When one person is grounded and regulated, the other’s nervous system can begin to synchronize with theirs—much like two tuning forks vibrating together until they find the same calm frequency.

Whether you’re into the stillness of quiet moments, good conversation, or just need someone to be there with you and listen, I can meet you where you are. I am happy being a big spoon or little spoon—papa bear or baby bear—and sharing a space where we both feel safe, seen, and comfortable.

Music is one of my biggest passions—I listen to many types of music and I am curious about your musical interests as well. When I’m not listening to music, you might find me reading or out on a hiking trail (I’ve gotten lost in a book more than once, but never in the woods—so far). I’m also an animal lover.

I am trained in Reiki, which I like to incorporate with mindful breathing and meditation to promote mental and physical well-being.
