My word is trust. I trust Sara with my heart, mind and body. She knows exactly how to gently hold my heart when it’s troubled. She is so very good with meaningful conversations. And she is intuitive as to when a body needs a gentle massage, a warm cuddle or a ‘fun wrastle’.
