Touch is so important for our well-being, and the way society is shaped doesn't necessarily support the benefits of platonic touch.

My intention is to hold a safe space where you will feel loved and nurtured. I am a kind and open-hearted person who is generous with affection. I would like to provide sessions where you will be able to let go of your everyday stresses and be seen and accepted for who you are.

The benefits of cuddling:
- Cuddling releases "feel good" hormones. These hormones include serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine. These hormones create feelings of happiness, relaxation and lower levels of depression.
- The release of these hormones are linked to boosting our immune system
- Oxytocin is known to reduce our stress levels
- Cuddling helps us feel more accepted therefore creating healthier relationships

I have a background in somatic coaching and I am passionate about intimacy, connection and consent.

What to expect from a cuddling session:
a cup of tea
a brief conversation about boundaries
cuddling, caressing, light massage, head scratches, back scratches, tight squeezes
soothing music and a zen atmosphere

I am available for sleepovers with established clients. I am also available for companionship, dinners, dates for events, hiking, etc.

In person sessions: $150/hr
Virtual sessions: $80/hr

For first-time clients:
For safety and identification purposes I would like to have a brief video call and please be able to show some identification. Your information is strictly confidential.
I would appreciate it if you would book sessions at least 24hrs in advance. If you need to cancel please do so no less than 12hrs in advance. A cancellation fee of 50% of the session will be charged if you cancel less than 12hrs.
