I'm approaching life with a renewed focus on happiness and I'm making it a point to ask 'Why not?'

So, why not cuddle?

I like to cuddle because... It's fun! I enjoy the intimacy. I'm generally the big spoon, but I can accommodate as needed. I do believe in the healing power of touch and I enjoy the sense of togetherness. Cuddling just feels good.

My job can be pretty demanding/stressful and generally occupies a lot of my time. I have to be pretty mindful not to let it occupy too much of my time/attention/energy. It's a stressful job, but my role allows me to work towards bettering our community for everyone.

Most days after work you can find me at the local rec center. I've been pretty consistent in the gym over the last 1.5 years and I'm pretty happy with the progress I have made. I lift weights and keep my cardio up. Unfortunately, I recently tore my meniscus (cartilage in the knee) so I've had to taper off jogging/running/sprinting. While it heals, I've taken up swimming.

I'm a big horror movie fan - I like the sensation of being scared! Bonus points if it involves zombies, waxes philosophic, or is just outright absurd to the point of hilarity.

Generally speaking, I'm slow to warm up to new friends - but once I'm comfortable, I'm a yapper, especially if we're talking about something interesting.

In another life - I was training to be a Clinical Psychologist - but life happens, y'know?

I deeply admire folks who dabble in the act of creation - art, poetry, painting, songs, cosplay, whatever creative endeavor it may be. I enjoy understanding the perspective and thoughts that go into the process of creation.

I think folks who create are brave.
