My best friend would describe me as quirky, funny, easygoing and a bit adventurous/impulsive. I can be laid back or a bit crazy, I adjust to my surroundings fairly easily and love trying to make anyone comfortable around me.
Love watching TV and movies (huge sci-fi/fantasy fan), listening to all types of music, or just taking things easy and relaxing. I can be a little reserved at first, but once I'm comfortable, I'm a bit goofy and carefree.
I'm a big believer that human contact can change a person's mood, or their entire day. Be that a hug, holding hands or curling up on the couch watching TV. Even simply being close to someone doing absolutely nothing besides talking, that's a huge deal. I think of myself as a great listener, and I can talk about anything and everything if given the chance.
This is something entirely new to me, so I'm not sure what to expect. But I'm looking to meet new people, and hopefully make a friend or two that I wouldn't normally have a chance to.
All that said, I can be an open book, within reason. If there's anything you want to know, there's never harm in asking. Life is meant to be experienced, not just lived, that's a lesson I have definitely learned.
